BHEL TBG Suervisor Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the BHEL TBG Supervisor Safety post must fulfill both the educational qualification and relevant work-experience requirements.
Educational Qualification

- A full-time Diploma in any branch of Engineering or Technology.

BHEL TBG Supervisor Recruitment 2026 Salary 2026
Selected candidates will receive an all-inclusive consolidated monthly remuneration of:
- First Year: ₹45,000 per month
- Second Year: ₹48,000 per month
In addition, selected candidates will receive certain benefits under the fixed-tenure engagement, including medical insurance reimbursement, group personal accident insurance, bachelor accommodation at site and paid leave as per the advertisement.
Other Benefits
Medical Benefit: Reimbursement of premium paid for Mediclaim Policy up to ₹5 lakh for self, spouse and dependent children.
Group Personal Accident Insurance: Fixed-tenure appointees will be covered under BHEL’s Group Personal Accident Policy, subject to its terms.
Accommodation: Bachelor accommodation at the site will be provided by BHEL.

BHEL Supervisor Selection Process 2026
