RFCL Recruitment 2026 Salary
RFCL offers pay scales along with approximate annual CTC ranging from ₹14.20 lakh to ₹31.95 lakh, depending on the post and pay level. The advertised pay scales are:

RFCL Eligibility Criteria
The educational qualification and experience requirements differ according to the post.
Engineer – Chemical
Candidates should have B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engineering) in Chemical Engineering/Technology. The minimum required post-qualification experience is 1 year for Engineer, 3 years for Assistant Manager and 7 years for Deputy Manager. Candidates with BOE certification may receive preference.
Engineer – Mechanical
Candidates should possess B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engineering) in Mechanical Engineering/Technology with relevant experience in maintenance and troubleshooting. The maximum age for the Engineer post is 30 years and minimum experience required is 1 year.
Engineer – Electrical
Candidates should have a degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electrical Technology. Relevant experience in power distribution systems, motors, transformers and protection systems is required.
Officer – Materials
Candidates should have a degree in Engineering in any specialization, or a full-time regular MBA in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management, or a two-year regular PG Diploma in Materials Management recognized as equivalent to MBA by UGC/AICTE. Minimum experience required is 1 year.
Assistant Manager – Transportation
Candidates should possess a degree in Engineering or relevant MBA/PG Diploma qualification. Three years of relevant transportation experience is required.
HR & Secretarial Posts
For HR Officer, candidates need an MBA/Integrated MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification in HRM/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations. For Officer-Secretarial, a postgraduate degree in any discipline is required, with relevant executive secretarial experience and computer knowledge.
Medical Posts
For Additional CMO and CMO, candidates must possess MBBS, with MD/MS being an added advantage, and relevant professional experience. The maximum age for both posts is 45 years.
Finance & Accounts
For Officer, Assistant Manager and Chief Manager in Finance & Accounts, the prescribed qualification includes CA, CMA or a two-year MBA with Finance specialization, with relevant experience as specified for each level.
Information Technology
For Engineer-IT, candidates should have B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. (Engineering) in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Information Technology or MCA, along with relevant experience in business applications, Oracle/SAP or network management.
