Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), an autonomous society under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, has released Employment Notice No. 2(4)/I/STPI-HQ/2026-27 for recruitment to various Group ‘B’ and below S&T and Non-S&T posts. The vacancies are proposed to be filled through Direct Recruitment and/or Absorption.

The advertised pay levels are:
- Administrative Officer: Level 7 – ₹44,900–₹1,42,400

Educational Qualification – STPI Recruitment 2026
Administrative Officer
For direct recruitment, candidates need a Graduate degree with relevant experience in personnel, administration or vigilance, or a Postgraduate degree with the prescribed experience. The notification also provides an alternative route involving an MBA with relevant experience.
MTSS ES-V
Candidates should possess a 3-year Diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology or Telecommunication, or a relevant Bachelor’s degree/DOEACC ‘A’ Level qualification, along with the prescribed experience.
MTSS ES-IV
The post requires the prescribed technical qualification in areas such as Electronics, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication or related disciplines along with the required experience.
Assistant
Candidates should have a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. A six-month certification course in Computer Operations is desirable.
Office Attendant
Candidates should be Matriculate or equivalent. Knowledge of typing, computers and operating office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines and tea/coffee makers is desirable.
Age Limit – STPI Recruitment 2026
For direct recruitment, the maximum age limits are:

- MTSS ES-V – 36 years
- MTSS ES-IV – 34 years
- Assistant – 32 years
- Office Attendant – 30 years
Age will be reckoned as on 12 October 2026, the closing date for online applications. Relaxation is available to eligible categories as per prevailing Government rules.

Application Fee – STPI Recruitment 2026
The application fee is ₹500 per application.
No fee is required for female candidates and candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories, subject to the conditions prescribed in the notification. The fee once paid will not be refunded.
Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications with the requisite fee.
Selection Process – STPI Recruitment 2026
STPI will first screen the completed applications. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Written Examination.
The written examination pattern varies according to the post:
- Administrative Officer: 150 questions, 150 marks, 2½ hours
- MTSS ES-V & ES-IV: 150 questions, 150 marks, 2½ hours
- Assistant: 150 questions, 150 marks, 2½ hours
- Office Attendant: 50 questions, 100 marks, 1½ hours
The examination covers areas such as General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Numerical Aptitude and English Comprehension, with technical or Central Government rules-related subjects for specific posts. There is negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
For the Office Attendant post, a Skill Test is also part of the selection process.

Minimum Marks for Final Merit
