PFRDA Grade A Selection Process 2026
The selection process consists of three stages:
Phase I → Phase II → Phase III Interview
Phase I – Online Screening Examination
Phase I consists of two papers, each carrying 100 marks.

Phase II Online Examination
Phase II also consists of two papers of 100 marks each.
Paper 1
English Descriptive Test – 100 Marks
This paper is designed to test candidates’ drafting skills.
Paper 2
The subject depends on the stream.

Phase III – Interview
