Job Description
The Junior Executive will support the day-to-day procurement activities of IIT Madras IC&SR projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders.
- Ensure purchase order acknowledgement and follow up on deliveries.
- Coordinate with vendors.
- Assist with vendor documentation and onboarding.
- Maintain procurement data, reports and records in ERP.
- Coordinate with CHA, stores and logistics teams for receipt and tracking of materials.
- Support invoice verification and payment processing.
- Handle procurement of scientific goods and services efficiently and according to Institute policies and GFR.
