AAI Apprentice Recruitment 2026
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has officially released the AAI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Notification for engagement of Graduate, Diploma, and ITI Trade Apprentices at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International (NSCBI) Airport, Kolkata for the financial year 2026-27. A total of 38 apprentice vacancies are available across Civil, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, IT, Technical, and COPA trades. The apprenticeship training will be conducted for one year under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
Interested candidates who are domiciles of West Bengal and have completed their Degree, Diploma, or ITI in 2022 or later can apply online through the NATS/BOPT or NAPS portals before the last date of 24 August 2026. Selection will be based on academic merit, document verification, interview (if applicable), and medical fitness.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:
Graduate Apprentice
- Full-time Engineering Degree recognized by AICTE.
Diploma Apprentice
- Full-time Engineering Diploma recognized by AICTE.
ITI Trade Apprentice
- ITI NCVT Certificate in the relevant trade.
Only candidates who passed in 2022 or later are eligible.
Age Limit
As on 24 August 2026
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 26 Years
- Age relaxation will be applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per Government of India rules.
