Bank of Baroda Eligibility Criteria 2026
1. Wealth Executive
Candidates applying for the Wealth Executive (JMG/S-I) post must have:
- Graduation in any discipline, and
- Any one valid certification from the following:
- IC 38 from Insurance Institute of India
- NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Examination
- NISM Series XXI-A: Portfolio Management Services (PMS) Distributors Certification Examination
- NISM Series V-D: Mutual Fund – Specialised Investment Fund Distributors Certification Examination
The preferred qualification includes a two-year full-time postgraduate degree/diploma in Management or MBA in Finance, Marketing or Banking.
Candidates should also have minimum 2 years of experience in sales of wealth products with leading public sector/private sector/foreign banks, broking or securities firms, asset management companies or wealth management companies in India.
Age Limit
22 to 32 years as on 01 September 2026.
2. Credit Analyst – C&IC
For the Credit Analyst – C&IC (MMG/S-II) position, candidates must have:
- Graduation in any discipline, and
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank is mandatory.
- Experience in Corporate Credit is preferred.
Age Limit
21 to 33 years as on 01 September 2026.
Age Relaxation
Upper-age relaxation is available to eligible reserved categories as per the recruitment notification.
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years for Gen/EWS, 13 years for OBC and 15 years for SC/ST

The Wealth Executive role includes business development, acquiring and onboarding affluent/HNI/UHNI customers, managing customer portfolios, increasing wealth-product penetration, promoting digital wealth services and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Credit Analyst – C&IC
The Credit Analyst will be involved in credit appraisal of existing and new corporate customers, coordination with Relationship Managers, corporate customer acquisition support, cross-selling, corporate account management, compliance, audit/inspection and account monitoring.
