Educational Qualification HAL Recruitment 2026

Candidates must possess a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in the relevant discipline from a recognized university or institution.

The minimum required marks are:

  • UR / OBC (NCL) / EWS: 70%
  • SC / ST / PwBD: 60%

Final-year engineering students are also eligible to apply, provided they meet the required aggregate marks before the interview stage.

HAL Salary 2026
