NPCIL KKNPP Recruitment 2026
The Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has released the NPCIL KKNPP Recruitment 2026 Notification for 255 Stipendiary Trainees/Technicians (ST/TN) under Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project (KKNPP), Tamil Nadu. Eligible Indian candidates can apply online from 15 July 2026 to 04 August 2026 through the official NPCIL website. Selected candidates will undergo a 2-year training program with a monthly stipend and will subsequently be appointed as Technician-B under Level-3 Pay Matrix.

1. Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (Plant Operator)
Educational Qualification
- 12th (HSC) with Science Stream
- Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics compulsory
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks
2. Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (Technician)
Trades include:
- Electronics Mechanic
- Instrument Mechanic
- Electrician
- Fitter
- Turner
- Machinist
- Welder
Qualification
- 10th Pass
- Minimum 50% marks in Science & Mathematics individually
- 2-Year ITI Certificate in relevant trade
- Where ITI duration is less than 2 years, one year relevant experience is required.
- English should have been studied at least up to Class 10.

Salary
During Training
First Year
- ₹20,000 per month
Second Year
- ₹22,000 per month
- One-Time Book Allowance: ₹3,000
After Successful Training
Candidates will be appointed as:
Technician-B
- Level-3 Pay Matrix
- Basic Pay: ₹21,700
- DA, HRA and other Government allowances admissible.
