Eligibility Criteria– RRB Group D CBT-I Exam 2026

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have:

  • Passed Matriculation (10th Class) from a recognized board.
  • ITI Certificate in the relevant trade from NCVT/SCVT recognized institutions OR
  • National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC).

Age Limit (As on 01 January 2026)

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years
  • Maximum Age: 33 Years

Age relaxation is applicable as per Railway Recruitment Board rules.


Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Male Candidates

  • Lift and carry 35 kg weight for 100 meters in 2 minutes without putting it down.
  • Run 1000 meters in 4 minutes 15 seconds.

Female Candidates

  • Lift and carry 20 kg weight for 100 meters in 2 minutes without putting it down.
  • Run 1000 meters in 5 minutes 40 seconds.

Exam City Slip & Admit Card– RRB Group D CBT-I Exam 2026

As per the official notice issued by the Railway Recruitment Boards:

  • Exam City & Date Intimation Link will be activated approximately 10 days before the candidate’s examination date.
  • Travel Authority for SC/ST candidates will also be available through the same portal.
  • CBT Admit Card (E-Call Letter) will be released approximately 4 days before the examination.
  • Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication will be conducted at the examination centre. Candidates should carry their original Aadhaar Card or an e-verified Aadhaar printout.
