Assistant Manager Qualification
Assistant Manager – Electrical:
Candidates should possess a Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Electronics & Communication Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognised university. The post requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in areas such as electrical, electrical design, quality control, outfitting, utility and maintenance in shipbuilding, ship repair, marine, port, engineering or Government/Semi-Government organisations.
Assistant Manager – Mechanical:
Candidates should have a Degree in Mechanical, Marine or Naval Architecture Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognised university, along with at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Supervisor Qualification
Supervisor – Mechanical:
Candidates can qualify through either a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI (NTC) in relevant trades such as Welding, Sheet Metal Worker, Bench Fitter, Fitter or Plumber, along with the required experience.
Supervisor – Electrical:
A 3-year Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or relevant ITI qualification is required, along with the prescribed experience.
Supervisor – Finance:
Candidates should possess a B.Com, BBM or BBA degree with at least 60% marks, together with the required finance and accounts experience.
Workmen Qualification
